陕西信达退赛处罚如下：

深篮体育（北京）有限公司发布《关于对陕西信达篮球俱乐部处罚的通知》：9月22日，2023全国男子篮球联赛季后赛总决赛，安徽文一篮球俱乐部对阵陕西信达篮球俱乐部（场序155）比赛第四节进行至还剩3分37秒时，陕西信达篮球俱乐部退出比赛，构成了《全国男子篮球联赛违规处罚办法》规定的罢赛行为，造成了极其恶劣的影响。

联赛组委会对陕西信达篮球俱乐部作出以下处罚决定：

1、罚款人民币壹佰万元。

2、取消评奖资格。

3、取消本赛季全国男子篮球联赛比赛成绩。

4、将违规情况报请中国篮球协会纪律与道德委员会追加处罚。

当事方对此处罚结果有异议的，应在处罚决定作出之日起七日内，向中国篮球协会纪律与道德委员会提起申诉。申诉不影响处罚的执行。
